The Christmas season is undoubtedly the most wonderful time of the year. Expect sparkling decorations throughout the hotel, the delicious smell of freshly baked cookies wafting from the kitchen, a roaring fireplace and sparkling candles on the stone pine Christmas tree to make children’s eyes light up. Join us for our popular “Christmas in the mountains” party on Christmas Eve. In the afternoon, the Köfer family and its guests walk through the snow-covered landscape, through an idyllic stone pine forest, to the Alm-Öhi hut where Heidi and Peter are waiting. With Swedish torches lighting the way, this hike makes for a truly magical experience. Soon, you’ll hear Santa’s little bells as he trudges through the deep snow, bringing every child a small Christmas gift. In the evening, we enjoy our traditional Christmas dinner together before each family spends Christmas Eve at their leisure. This is Christmas at the Heidi Hotel.
